Cleaning and change of linen
Whatever the duration and the reason for your stay in Zaragoza, we want you to deal only with what is important. For this reason, we offer you the possibility of hiring a one-off or weekly cleaning service, which may include a change of bed and bathroom linen.
You can request this periodic service within your initial budget (VAT: 10%) or as an extraordinary one-off service (VAT: 21%). There are apartments that include this service in the monthly budget, such as the LOIRA BALTASAR GRACIAN student apartments and the LOIRA EL CASTELLAR corporate building .

We have spaces that you can rent to hold work meetings and events for your company. Coming soon.
THE CAVERN : Coworking space where you can rent a meeting room and classrooms for training in LOIRA BALTASAR GRACIAN. We have WIFI and projection equipment.
LOIRA EL CASTELLAR is a building with 9 corporate apartments with 2 and 3 bedrooms, fully furnished and equipped, which has two 50 m2 terraces where you can hold meetings and private events outdoors with enviable views of Zaragoza and the Ebro valley.
Food delivery
We want your stay in Zaragoza to be a comfortable and unforgettable experience. For this reason, if you don’t want to worry about cooking, you can order homemade food or eat special dishes from Aragonese gastronomy at home.
Our catering provider offers homemade lunch and dinner menus from the central kitchen for the LOIRA BALTASAR GRACIAN apartments and the LOIRA EL CASTELLAR corporate apartment building:

100% renewable energy
Our greatest commitment to the planet is the consumption of renewable energy in our apartments. Thus, we avoid the emission of more than 20 tons of CO2 into the atmosphere each year.
In addition, we are replacing fossil fuel (gas) heating systems with more sustainable ones, such as the heat pump (LOIRA LA VIA and LOIRA LA LUZ) and underfloor heating and cold air systems with aerothermal energy in the LOIRA corporate apartments. EL CASTELLAR and the LOIRA BALTASAR GRACIAN student apartments. In addition to not polluting, they are much more efficient systems (between 300 and 500%) than gas or diesel boilers, for example.
Likewise, since 2021 we are prosumers – producers and consumers of 100% renewable energy – with our 3.5 kW photovoltaic installation on the roof of LOIRA EL CASTELLAR .
