Apartamentos Loira is a company dedicated to providing accommodation solutions in fully furnished and equipped apartments, tailored to corporate clients, national and international students, and families seeking medium-term stays in Zaragoza.

What is the duration and price of our rentals?

  • Our rentals are usually medium-term, between 15 days and 1 year, although we also make shorter rentals in case of availability and there are clients whose stays last up to several years.
  • The prices are therefore intermediate between the long-term rental of non-equipped apartments and the tourist rentals.

At Apartamentos Loira, we offer medium and long-term stays in Zaragoza, with fully equipped apartments. We also have Sanchines House, a tourist apartment in Benasque, perfect for disconnecting in nature.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I select an apartment?

To make a reservation with us, you have two options:

  • If you’re unsure which apartment to choose, we invite you to contact us directly. Let us know your stay dates, the number of people, the number of rooms you need, and your estimated budget. With this information, we will send you a selection of available apartments that meet your needs and expectations.
  • If you already know both the apartment and the area you prefer, you can simplify the process by submitting your booking request directly on our website. Simply fill out the booking form with the details of your stay, and our team will handle your request quickly and efficiently.

How to book?

  • Once you have selected the apartment and your booking request has been confirmed, we will send you a form to the provided email address to complete your personal details. This will allow us to prepare the contract and formalize the reservation.
  • After completing the deposit payment, either via bank transfer or by card through our online payment platform, your reservation will be confirmed. Then, all you need to do is wait for your arrival day to enjoy your stay.

How much do I have to pay when making the resevation?

  • When making the reservation, you must pay the deposit by transfer (without commissions) 
  • Once the reservation is confirmed (contract signed and deposit paid) we will send you the invoice for the first month or for the entire stay for stays of less than 2 months, which you must pay before the first day of the rental. 
  • For rentals of more than 2 months, the rent payment will be monthly before the 1st day of each month.

What are the applicable taxes (VAT)?

Rentals to individuals:

  • 10%: If the rent includes periodic services, such as cleaning, catering, etc., 
  • 0%: Rental income only. If your consumption or additional services are not included in the amount of the rent, they will be charged in the following month’s receipt for the total amount invoiced by the supplier (with its corresponding VAT).
    • Electricity, water and catering: 10%
    • Cleaning and others: 21%

 

Professionals and company:

  • 21%: In case you develop a commercial activity or do not identify the people who are going to use the apartment as a home. The contracted services will be invoiced at the corresponding VAT:
    • Electricity, water and catering: 10%
    • Cleaning and others: 21%
  • 10%: If the rental contract includes periodic services, such as cleaning, catering, etc. and the apartment is not going to be used for any commercial activity. The rest of the services will be invoiced at the corresponding VAT:
    • Electricity, water and catering: 10%
    • Others: 21%
  • 0%: Only rental income with all identified guests with consumption included in the rent. If the consumption is not included in the amount of the rent, it will be charged in the following month’s receipt for the total amount invoiced by the supplier (with its corresponding VAT, 10% for electricity and water). In the event that a specific cleaning or catering service is contracted, VAT will be 21%.
