For this, this warm apartment is a perfect option for a person, a couple or a family with two children who seek to enjoy the historic quarter and city center to the fullest. There are several public parking garages less than 3 minutes away (City Hall, Courts, Central Market and Plaza de España). The airport and train station are approximately 15 minutes from the apartment.

 

Surface: 50 M². Third floor exterior. The apartment has air conditioning, heating, 600 Mb WIFI and Smart TV with cable channels (Netflix, HBO ...) in the living room and in the bedroom. The living room is furnished with a three-seater double sofa bed, a coffee table, a side table, a TV stand. The kitchen, fully equipped (oven, refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, kitchen utensils, Nespresso coffee maker, electric tea kettle, toaster, blender, etc.), is open to the living room and has a round table for 4 people. The bedroom has a large double bed (1.80 x 2.00) with unique textiles of high quality and comfort, two bedside tables with two lamps and a large wardrobe. The bathroom has a large bathtub with a frameless glass bathtub door. Towels, sheets and toiletries are included in the price.
